How it works

The app reads Cypriot outlets' public RSS feeds and shows only headlines and links; articles always open on the outlet's own website. It shows no outlet photos without written permission. The feeds' short descriptions are used only as input for summaries and are never displayed. It groups headlines into stories and shows how many independent owners covered each one. It does not score truth. It shows an outlet's political leaning (left, centre, right) only when published research describes it, and cites that research; otherwise the outlet is unrated.
